Bob White - Co-founder & Facility Manager
Bob has spent most of his adult life working with horses for pleasure. Bob helps to keep the farm a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for participants and staff alike. The children and the animals are all drawn to Bob. He makes the children smile and the animals come running when they hear his voice.
Andrea Wosel - Mentor & Board Member
Andrea fell in love with horses after riding at Girl Scout Camp and owning her first Arabian horse when she was 12. She has shown nationally and rode on the K-State Equestrian Team while simultaneously earning her MBA in Biology. Andrea has been a Professional Assoc. of Therapeutic Horsemanship (PATH) registered instructor since 2010 and volunteers at therapeutic riding centers. "Horses have helped me through all the good and bad times, and it is my passion in life to share that experience with others."

Chuck Vlasin - Board Member & Mentor
Chuck comes to us with a rich background in working with people from his Military experience to being a Boy Scout Leader. Chuck has sat on the board of several organizations over the years. Chuck is married to Karen, they have 4 children and 11 grandchildren. He is now employed by Marriott as a recruiter and lives in Independence.
Kris Stevens - Volunteer Coordinator
Kris has lived in the Kansas City area her entire life. She is the proud mom of two kids, Olivia - 8 and Kellen - 10. She is very active in our church, and she enjoys her time spent in leadership with the women's ministry. People - teaching, training, encouraging - are her passion. For fun her family enjoys baseball of just about any kind, but especially Royals baseball! The also enjoy the zoo and just hanging out playing games or watching movies. One of her favorite things to do is serve in the community with her family.
Pat Jones - Farm Assistant
Pat has worked with children and horses in many different capacities for the last 35 years. She was a Girl Scouts of America leader, a trainer and founder of the Dallas County Child Abuse Prevention Assoc. She was an Educational Interpreter for the deaf and a counselor for emotionally disturbed adolescents, currently volunteering as a mentor in the Blue Springs School District. Sue Martin - Mentor
Sue Martin is a horse enthusiast who began riding at age 9. She is a graduate of William Woods Equestrian program, beginning with weekly hunter/jumper lessons. Sue has also been involved in dressage, Western games, trail riding and, most currently, carriage driving. She believes "in the power of God to guide people to their best life." Sue says her life is blessed by a love of people, God, and animals. She is also the proud owner of Babe, one of the program horses.

Cindy Myers - Mentor
Cindy has been a horse lover her entire life. She lives on a small farm with her husband and 2 children, Justin - 18 and Summer - 11. They currently have 7 horses, 3 goats, 1 donkey, 3 dogs, 2 cats and a coop of chickens. Her daughter, Summer, is an assistant at Owl Hollow Farm. They like to trail ride, camp with their horses and participate in rodeo events. Cindy has worked with kids & horses for more than 15 years.

Kerri Stuecken - Mentor
Kerri was born and raised in the area; she grew up riding and doing 4H at a local barn before college. She went away to school but inevitably found her way back to Missouri and her childhood love of horses. Her time is spent with her husband and her animals - she has 3 horses of her own, 3 dogs, 2 cats, and who knows how many chickens! Kerri is new to the mentor program but very excited to help make a difference in the lives of the children by working with them to create bonds with the animals and show them how strong the love of a horse can be
